## Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality dental care and promoting oral health in a professional and compassionate manner. ## Responsibilities- Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care- Take and develop dental x-rays- Administer local anesthesia under the dentist’s supervision- Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar software- Assist dentists during procedures as needed- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations ## Requirements- Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice- Proficiency in pediatric dentistry, general dentistry, and dental terminology- Knowledge of medical documentation, medical records, and vital signs- Experience working in a dental office setting- Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software- Strong understanding of infection control practices Join our team and contribute to improving the oral health of our patients while working in a supportive and professional environment.
