Maintain schedule management for executives and staff, ensuring efficient use of time and resources. Handle vendor management tasks, including negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers. Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking, invoicing, and budget management as needed. Implement organizational systems to streamline office processes and improve efficiency. Skills Strong event planning capabilities to organize successful company events. Proven experience in team management with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Expertise in office management practices to maintain an orderly work environment. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks. Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and vendors.
