WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS: This is a full-time position, with a schedule from Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM, plus weekends. As our Dentistry Treatment Coordinator, you’re responsible for patient scheduling, receptionist duties, insurance verification, and account collections. This involves efficiently managing the appointment book, providing a welcoming first point of contact for patients and visitors, confirming insurance coverage, and communicating with patients regarding outstanding balances. Your role is essential in creating a seamless, compassionate, and financially sound patient experience!
