Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient service-Work with fellow office staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner- Coordinate patient appointments and manage the appointment scheduling system- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless coordination of patient care- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and place orders as needed- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is highly desirable- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of medical office procedures- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix or OpenDental- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and external stakeholders- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to HIPAA regulations- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload We offer competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
