All in One Benso Family Dental is a well established, fast growing, high-end private (non-corporate) practice in North Phoenix. We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager that loves building and maintaining positive relationships with patients and collaborating with the front office and clinical team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a dedicated dental team to achieve goals and maintain a positive work culture. Will be managing 15+ employees. Manage all aspects of the practice, including scheduling, financials, and patient relations. Utilize technology to streamline processes and enhance the patient experience. Demonstrate strong case presentation skills with the ability to close large cases. Implement change management strategies to continuously improve practice operations. Foster a patient-centered environment that ensures an outstanding experience for every patient. Develop and monitor KPIs to drive performance and identify areas for growth. Qualifications: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in dental practice management. Must have managed at least $1.5M/yr practice. Proven leadership skills with a strong yet empathetic approach. Technologically savvy, with a passion for integrating new tools and systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong case closure and sales abilities. Experience in change management and driving practice growth. A passion for dentistry, patient care, and creating a positive, team-oriented work environment. Dentrix and Dental Intelligence software experience is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
