We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Assistant/Dental Receptionist to become a valued member of our growing team. Job Description: As a Dental Assistant/Dental Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care. Your responsibilities will include: Clinical Duties: Greeting and welcoming patients with a friendly demeanor. Preparing exam rooms and assisting the dentist during patient examinations and procedures. Cleaning and sterilizing exam rooms and dental instruments between patients. Replenishing supplies as needed. Administrative Duties: Answering phones and scheduling appointments. Organizing and maintaining patient records. Assisting with billing and insurance claims. Performing other administrative tasks as required. Qualifications: Minimum of one year of experience as a dental assistant or dental receptionist, or graduation from a dental assisting or dental front desk training program. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine interest in helping transform patient smiles. Outgoing personality and a positive attitude. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus. Work Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Note: We work by appointment only, so starting and ending times may vary.
